Description:

Connecting a building to the climate, culture, and ecology can transform a project, as well as the people involved. We have created a toolkit to help teams create Living Buildings and Living Communities that thrive through their connection to the natural world. Come learn more about the toolkit, and experience how to engage in Biophilic Design.

Learning Objectives
  1. Learn where and how to obtain the resources available on the Toolkit
  2. Practice how to identify key stakeholders and align key Biophilic Design values to inspire a team
  3. Understand the desired outcomes and guides available for helping teams deliver a Biophilic Design project
  4. Discover post occupancy metrics and measures used in common practice and how to start the process on your project
This session is approved for the following continuing education credits:
  • 4 LFA credits
