Description:

The purpose of the summit is to convene executives and leaders from JUST labelled organizations. This meeting will serve as an opportunity for social equity in the workplace pioneers and advocates to gather, to network, to build personal relationships and to build community.

Program participants will receive a summary of the most current research on the business case for diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as;
  • Hear from a select number of organizations who are implementing bold, innovative and progressive human resource policies and programs. 
  • Encouraged to give recommendations on ways to scale JUST Program growth and impact. 
  • Given an overview of JUST 2.0. 
  • Invited to serve as program evangelists and ambassadors. 
  • Supported to develop a marketing communications plan to better communicate the organizational benefits of organizational transparency and DEI initiatives. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  1. Examine an executive briefing on the business case for diversity, equity and inclusion
  2. Explore specific examples of progressive human resource policies and practices
  3. Learn marketing approaches for generating greater awareness of program impact
  4. Understand the major components of JUST 2.0
