COST: $30 per person

STARTING LOCATION: Meet at the Bullitt Center (1501 E Madison Street; Seattle, WA 98122). All attendees must meet outside the Bullitt Center entrance on the west side (by the park) at 9:50am.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting spot for this tour. We recommend taking public transportation—click here to buy lightrail/bus tickets, view schedules or download the King County Transportation App for your phone.

TOUR: The Bullitt Center was developed with a single goal in mind: to show people what’s possible today, in order to influence the development and operation of other buildings around the world. In short, the Bullitt Center loves visitors.

As the largest urban office building certified to the standards of the Living Building Challenge, tours of the Bullitt Center offer a chance to see the various operational systems, including mechanical, rainwater, constructed wetland, composting and electrical. During the tour, visitors will explore the building from the basement to the soaring “irresistible stairway,” and see how one floor has been finished into a comfortable open office plan.

Come see for yourself during this “behind the scenes” tour led by project team members.

RETURN: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation after the tour. We recommend taking public transportation—click here to buy lightrail/bus tickets, view schedules or download the King County Transportation App for your phone.
