Over the course of Kathy Berg's 20-year career, she has worked on master plans and detailed project programs, mixed-use districts, corporate offices, research and development facilities, athletic facilities, residential buildings, higher education facilities, and museums and art installations. A partner at ZGF, she believes that working on a variety of project types fosters innovation and allows the greatest opportunity to expand any project type beyond its standard borders. The most enduring continuity to her work is her focus on creating high-performance built environments. Kathy is adept at both leading teams and contributing to the design process.
