Rachel Cluett is a Manager with Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Green and Healthy Housing Financing Business.  In this role Cluett manages Fannie Mae’s Healthy Housing Rewards program, which incentivizes healthy design and provision of resident services in affordable multifamily housing. She also supports Fannie Mae’s green financing business for affordable multifamily housing deals. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Cluett was a senior research analyst at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), a non-profit specializing in research and technical assistance on energy efficiency. In this role she authored numerous reports on single and multifamily energy efficiency programs and policy. Before joining ACEEE, Cluett worked for an environmental consulting company performing energy audits and green building assessments. Cluett holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in natural resource policy and management from Cornell University.
